🥵 Another Heat Advisory issued for South Florida. Heat index will peak 105°-110° this afternoon.
It's going to be another record hot day in South Florida with high temperatures in the middle 90s. Factor in the extremely high humidity, and it will feel like 105°-110°. That's the peak heat index today.
We will have a couple of thunderstorms to cool us off, but not everyone will get them. The highest chances will be in Broward and Palm Beach counties. Any storm that develops could be severe with damaging wind gusts, hail, and frequent lightning. Higher chances for storms will move in tomorrow and that will be for any part of South Florida.
There will be a slight drop in humidity by the middle of next week. Nothing significant, but it should be noticeable.
Stay cool out there this weekend!
